PP + entropay mix
 

Dear All, suppose you have a PP with 0 USD in balance, linked to an entropay loaded with 200 USD.
1. if you ask for a refund, will PP buyer protection policies apply? Or you have to contact entropay rather than PP? As the refunded money goes back to the card not to the PP balance, right?
2. In case you have 30 USD in balance and 200 USD in entropay, can you buy something worth 230 USD? Or it's either buy something worth 30 USD with PP balance, or worth 200 USD with entropay?

1. Refund and protection policy will apply if you bought via PP - refund goes to your PP account if I recall correctly.

2. Yes - you should be able to buy with 30 from pp balance and 200 from card - I have done this with my fully verified pp.ca and pp.com accounts
