Anyone else got problems with Entro today? Cannot view transaction history on any cards

No issues, works nicely.

Tried logging in again, all my cards' history has disappeared and has 1st April as opening balance. Hope this isnt an April fools!

Entropay support is shocking, no reply within 48hrs as promised.

Still no history on any cards available before April. Noone else has this so I wonder what the hell.is going on. I was waiting for some expuse codes too

Well... wait for the response. Today I sent some docs to verify my acc, got verification almost instantly.

But all other cards i created are fine with transactions showing ?

All my cards are the same, no history showing.

I had issues accessing my march statements. I sent them an email. They responded in less than 12 hours and asked for the last 4 numbers of each statement I needed. They sent the statement with another 12 hours. I was happy with the turn around time they provided. Sorry to hear you are not getting the same results.

Same here i provided card numbers and they sent me statement details for more than i asked for and was withon a few hours.

You sure you choosing the right option under the help section to contact them?

Yes thats what i used. New site probably causing all the issues

Site appears to be particularly crap lately. Just tried transferring money between one card and another and the money has disappeared with that error message saying "the engineers have been called"

They are causing me some stress lately

Their site has become pretty buggy recently. Much prefer the old interface.
