Withdraw from PayPal with entropay

Hi,
As I read, I understand that it's possible to withdraw money from PayPal to entropay in general.

Is it also possible to withdraw from stealth PayPal account with different name to my real entropay account with my real details?

What are the fees when withdrawing to entropay card?

Some can withdraw to card but not all

I'm talking about Israel Paypal.
it's possible to withdraw to card there, but I'm not sure if entropay will accept withdraws under mismatched name.

Yes you can but there is a withdrawal fee to a card of 22 ILS.

You can withdraw to a US bank account as well if you have one.

If you withdraw to an Israeli bank, its 8.00 ILS if you withdraw less than 1,000 ILS in a single transaction
