Problem with Entropay and paypal this morning?

Never had a problem with Entropay but PayPal won't let me add anew card to an old account, page just refreshes and says information is wrong?

Anyone else has issues?

I used it on Saturday, no issues.

If transactions or anything related to my card issuing company is refused, I usually contact the card issuing company and tell them about it. The next day usually it works just fine.

Tried again today and its gone through. No problems

Tried adding Entropay to new PayPal account facing the same issue

Did it a couple of days ago for a new Thai paypal account, no issues.

Leave it a day or change the entropay card, delete in entropay and get a new number. It has been very glitchy.
