No code received from Paypal to entropay ..
 

..and its been just over 3 day now. Checked under view statement in entropy acct and just shoes the £5 balance plus -£0.25 fee charged and nothing else.

Main screen shows available balance £5 and under it actual balance £3.92 so can't understand why and where the £1.08 has gone and why no code yet ?

Any advise peeps.

Yes UK Account. Checked again just now and still not showing on entropay statement ? What can I do ?

Make sure you actually sent the deposits in PayPal, sometimes I forget to do that and simply add the card

Yes SAX4, That's what I did do, after few days of realising I hadn't. I did this now approx. on 19th Aug so been 6 days now. I thought it is 72hr max, so how much longer should I be waiting , or do I need to call entropay ?

If you did on 19th that's 5 days, and three business days. Regardless should have come by now

whats your suggestion. should I email customer support and tell them I need an expuse code as paypal have debited from me and I need to verify with them ?

will they require any paypal info ?

Oh well.. I have decided to send customer support an email asking for expuse code from paypal, so guess il wait and see what they come back with. Nothing else I can do now.

code takes 2-3 days to appear ont he entropay statement but if it doesnt appear you can email support and tell them the card number and ask for the transactions and they will email them to you.

Sometimes it does glitch and not appear.

Did you check the account statement of your man EP card? Or the sub-VCC that you used? IT should show up shortly.

Bunneh, I emailed them and they emailed me back with the 4 digit code. Now it has updated on statement today also.

A little off topic now as I have asked this question 3 times now on different threads yet no one has given answer to it, so here it is:

if I have a user account for ebay/pp and then I wish to remove the account from my tablet , and then RE CREATE another user acct - Will this be ok and will flash cookies etc not be linked into this from the one that was deleted ?

If anyone can answer this it is appreciated.

You can make different user accounts on a tablet? What tablet do you have?

Yes I know I can have multiple user acct, in fact on my Sony experia tablet z I can create 3 more user ACCTS BUT my question is if I delete an account and recreate another will it be fine without cookie/ flash problems... Just a simple and confident YES or NO is what I'm after.
