Entropay account deactivated - now the reactivation link does not work
hi ppl!
i've not logged into my entropay account for over 12months, the vcc expired a few months ago so I left it alone as I was not selling, but now I want to start selling again, so I clicked on the reactiviation link that entropay emailed, that did not work, then i tried to login but could not remember my password, so i had to enter the first 4 digits of my real credit card and the last 2 digits in order to complete the change password option, but when I pressed o.k, the entropay message was the first 4 and last 2 dgits are wrong - so now not only can't i reactivate my entropay account, i can't also request a new password, anyone else have this problem |
