Is possible to top up entropay to get card with vcc card?

I think it's difficult - EP takes real cc or bank account...may block other vcc's to use for loading...

Certain cards will allow you to load the entropay account. You'll have to do a bit of research and find out which ones allow it

Yes, they allow it. And they accept VCC statements instead of physical photo of the card.
