Banned from Etsy
Hi...I had my shop for 6 years selling legit handmade items. It was a high traffic store and sold mostly to customers in the States. I am located in Mexico City. Long story short...shipping delays were an issue...bad reviews and customer complaints. Even though 99.9% of customers loved their items and got them on time...they don't take the time to leave a review. I was also selling digital goods...all legit. I opened a second shop with hopes of having all of my digitals in the second shop. I got the first 2 warnings from etsy...and got banned on the third one. It was my main income for 6 years and it hit me pretty hard...I want nothing to do with selling physical items. Just the thought of it gives me anxiety. I have set up my own shop outside of etsy selling digital goods but the traffic sucks. My sister set up an account under her name. It's completely legit plus she lives in another state...the shop has been open for over 6 months. However...my sister has been the one logging in and setting up the shop. She's busy with college so I would like to work on the shop myself to try to increase traffic. I want to be able to log in from my home. How can I do this without getting flagged?? Can I just simply change the IP address from my iMac comp? or would I need to get a new modem and a new comp ? Thanks!! |
