I restricted from selling mc011

Hello. I am new here. I received mc011 message from ebay. I am honest seller and provided all information but ebay blocked my sellings. Is there any way to sell there again? Please answer me. Thank you

Thank you for your reply. The problem in stealth guide is that I need American bank card, which do not have.
I will explain what I want:
I want to sell legit softwares at ebay which are purchased from the legit supplier. I live in Georgia, Tbilisi and cannot make American bank account. I do not need huge 50k limits. I just need to sell small amount of softwares. Can anybody advice me?
