Tried to start a store on etsy

Is it only for us citizens? It asked me for usa address and stuff, i tried putting in a random one but it said couldnt verify it, now it asks for id, where do i go from here?

etsy isnt just limited to the usa

asked to closed the account and started over
i thought can choose and change later the store location

anyone dropshipping to this website ?
its supposed to be a homemade platform but i see fidget cubes there and other stuff that sells everywhere so whats the deal ?
