What does ETSY use to block?

IP? SSN? PC info? Router info? Bank acct #?

Really needing to get back onto etsy to get cash flow rolling again.

You have to have all new everything to sign back up.

Hello,
I am wondering for an Et/sy stealth can I just use my savings account number instead of the chequing account number I used for payments? Can I use another credit card instead of what I used before?
I have a new computer, items to sell and photos so I just need to know if I can use new banking info under my own name?

If you want to be shut down almost immediately reuse your real name to open a store. Otherwise you need to go stealth. Using an unburned bank is fine, but using a card with your burned info on it is gonna get you shut down.
