When you Pay via Paypal they see the name on the account and the email.

I'd recommend a business account as you can freely change the name of the business and primary emails.

Yes they check to see if it's valid.

The VCC needs to be able to be shown to come from the country you're registering in.

Well, I dont plan to try it at the moment, since my paypal is still new and limited. I dont want to raise suspicion from them.

Address is irellevant since etsy can't enquire the bank for the address and it won't appear on the transfer either so you can put whatever you want in that field (as long as it appears on your account as well to avoid other problems).
