My Etsy account was suspended for low ODR. I want to open a stealth account and want to know how much it cost? I can't find much info. for Etsy stealth account here. Any responds or help is much appreciated.

Do you guys think that it would work if I purchased an etsy account from somebody, some random person out there. A preexisting account and then besides changing the password obviously, i changed the bank account to my own. And that's it. And then I put the same listings as before and what not.
