Name or birth does not match financial
 

I am using my family member's real name bank account to create a new account and I received this email today. I can swear to god everything matches. Any idea what is wrong??

You told me that the name was incorrect, as it was an English translation vs the actual one associated with the info provided.

You don’t need to burn other people’s info..:.
