I don't know what to do with Etsy, please help
 

I had Etsy account for 9 months without a problem, Up until last night, my account has been suspended by Etsy. The reason I think it is because I created new account to help my mother in law to sell her home made soap, and then her account get the integrity issue, and my account link to her account, therefor, they shut me down. I tried to email them without luck, can you please assist me how to create the stealth etsy account? or just get back to Etsy?

...Soap got flagged?.... Did they just want her to provide photos making the soap?

Welcome to the forum, most of what you need to know is in the stealth guide. It will take some time and a little investment but you should be able to get back onto et.sy with no problem. Just remember you need to have patience, your new shop wont instantly be as big and popular as your previous one.

I have no clue at all.. I tried to email them and all they said it's my soap account is violate and integrity issue, and they just shut me down. I have been trying for few days without any luck, so I want just make stealth account and come across to this forum.
