Your modem will have zero effect on Fios. The lease IP they gave you is for the account and it'll stay locked as long as they want. I used to have Time Warner and despite it being dynamic I had the same IP for months at a time. Even resetting/changing the modem wouldn't change it, I had to call in a request they release my IP and renew.
No one can guarantee your stores stay open because of one simply thing: We aren't technically in control. Etsy has their finger on the switch and they can shut it off at any time for any reason. Just make the stealth stores, have back ups and as I've told you probably a thousand times now - DO NOT OVERTHINK THIS OR YOU WILL GET YOURSELF CAUGHT. |
