Advice on opening new store

I was banned about a year ago and really need to get back on. I want to open a new store to help promote my own but will this get flagged? What if I use a bit.ly link instead of the main url? Any help would be much appreciated.

Basically looking to push a website via et.sy I'm guessing?

This is something I'm curious about too but never tested. Like I wondered how far et.sy would look into your URL. Always wondered if I could buy a new site address and forward it to my website, would et.sy ever make the link between old and new accounts like this?

Sorry I'm not much help, as I mentioned never tested it, and to be honest never heard of anyone testing it either.

If etsy checked it out before and the same person reviews your account, you will be linked. I know from personal experience that they go to URLs.
