1099-K from E-T*SY
 

Received a reminder from E-T*SY today.

"You may be receiving a Form 1099-K from E-T*SY by mid-February
Make sure your tax information is updated, and consider using QuickBooks Self-Employed to help tidy up your shop's finances for tax season."

I have already provided EIN for 3 months.
How to solve it?

You're getting a 1099 because you gave them an EIN. This is what's supposed to happen. Use the 1099 you get to file taxes for your EIN next year.

Let’s see. What usually happens when you don’t file or pay taxes? Do they contact third parties or do they audit, seize or arrest people?

If I use SSN instead of EIN. Will I receive the 1099K?
If not, How should I pay tax for SSN?

You will receive a 1099 regardless of which you use.

And you pay your taxes whether or not you get issued a 1099. This should not even need to be said.

It's pretty clear this person is planning to try to avoid paying taxes.

Get a tax attorney or a good accountant pronto. Nobody here wants to be involved in tax fraud.
