Finally,create my new account on etsy
finally create my new store on etsy, have 3 days, I'm uploading new items daily, only 5-6, but I have more than 600 items that I was using on my old account and I do not want to take the pictures again, it will be delete the information of each photo can I use? and how many days should I wait to start uploading A LOT daily items? |

Be careful. I asked Etsy support on Twitter what would happen if one of my customers bought my craft supply items to resell and this was their response:
[I]Hi Sally, if we view her account as related to yours then yes, her shop could be subject to closure.
So then I asked if they could please define the word "Shop" and "Related" per their policies and this was the response. Hi there, please contact our Support team and a specialist can go over this in more detail with you: http://etsy.me/help Thanks! -Cale
It seems they don't even know what their policies are but if I were you I would do new pics and sell something else for a while. |

thanks, I put different pieces, I regularly sell baby clothes, but this store opened for headbands, It has been open for 3 days, but I would like to not have to take so many photos, it would take me a lifetime, but you are right to take the risk. |

Etsyvictim: Don't call them, they want to grill you for violations and close you down.
Sandram: I'm told you can crop, resize, and otherwise edit existing photos and be sure to strip the metadata, and use them again.

In all seriousness with that many items cropping or changing bg colors will probably get you caught still because it's gonna be too much obviousness in it.
If you're lazy (like myself) you can change bg's and spread the items over multiple shops and lower the chances of linkage. Dropping 600 items on a store is just begging to get caught anyway, if you don't change the items and slowly build them back up you may as well put a big bullseye on your shop and have a header that says come and get me...cause they will. |

True, it is difficult for me, majority of items are handmade. they are items that I created around the years, of those 600 I can have 200 physically available. because I prepare them as the client asks, it would be much more work than taking pictures again, it's like having to sew all those items and portray them again. That if it sucks me. Etsy closed the store because the volume was so much in halloween last year that I resorted to bring china costumes, and I left the tag (made in china) to one of them and a client opened a case. boom! etsy close my shop instantly :( |

Gah. Did you not just instantly refund? Customers on the platform are the most difficult I’ve come across so it’s either instant refund or risk the shop. I’m stubborn so I risk shops, but in your case for the items you sell I’d just refund and hope it’s ignored. |

I did not make a refund, I continued with the case denying that it was a product made in China, the client of first intention did not find the label, she only present a picture of amazon. but then he found it and I thought that the shop was not going to close me, it was too much money that was generating. and therefore, it was too much fees paid to ET-SY. I got into a discussion with the client and they closed my store, and they returned the money to the client. |

| IF your client opens a case on etsy stating that the product is from China refund him/her immediately, that way case closes automatically and I assume et.sy staff does not read it, correct if I am wrong, but that makes sense. |

| Typically they will only review closed cases if you have a large amount of them suddenly. |
