Has Anyone Tried Receiving Payments On The Same Paypal Account After Being Banned?

I've sort of already asked this question before and Gladiator told me it's probably fine but I need to know for sure, Has anyone tried receiving payments from Etsy buyers on the same PP account from a banned store by changing the primary email and the business name?

Gladiator has used her two legit PayPal accounts to receive money on new Etsy shops long before Direct Checkout was the norm and has been using it after by just changing the primary emails and during verify of other shops, changing the business name.
