Openning different sections in different category
 

Hello World,
I would like to know that if it is OK openning different sections on etsy. For example; selling Woodcrafts, bags and knitting tools at the same time under a Shop?

If you are opening multiple shops - as long as the accounts acknowledge each other you can use the same info to open multiple shops, if that's your goal. I personally would keep them separate so if one goes down the entire thing doesn't crumble.

Shop sections are perfectly acceptable too. Etsy doesn't care about this. As long as the items are handmade you can list sex toys with knit sweaters for all they care.

There's quite a lot of them on etsy. I saw a bunch back in the days of Regretsy.com showing them, some I just look up out of morbid curiosity. "Menstrual" items are the ones that disturb me tho. :smash:

I suppose all these things were made by hand at one point in time before modern manufacturing and assembly line factories became common.

I've actually seen some of these things in museums and articles and such.

Still, it seems a little... weird... now.

I think they were using handmade stone crafts as a dildo in middle ages. The 1590 poem The Choice of Valentines, by Thomas Nashe is the first mention of the word dildo in English.
