How Easy to setup Etsy Outside of USA?

Hi, I got my USA Etsy account ban , since I dont want my friend to pay Tax with SSN, i am thinking about asking my friend outside of USA to create for me. Just wondering how easy is it to do it outside of USA?
Can we use VBA for the initial bank information?

You can still make US shops.

It's not difficult to make outside US shops, but you're not making them with direct checkout locked areas.

A good majority of all countries are forced to use direct checkout. You don't have someone's info from other countries to bypass verification, so you can't make them in those areas.

Even with Outside US accounts I will still need to do verification or else buyers wont able to do Direct checkout, am I correct?

For quite a few areas, yes. There's no way around standard verification. Area's they can't verify are Paypal only. It doesn't matter tho, you can still make US shops without burning other people's information and offer direct checkout.

Can you tell me if those three things can be different :
-shop country;
-shop language;
-shop curenncy;
...? or they should be all three the same ?

You can use English and USD, but where-ever the IP is located is where the store has to be opened as.
