not able to download "currently for sale" listing csv
 

hi All,

i created a new shop on 14th Feb, and today uploaded 4th product on it.

I have been careful to create shop so as to not link it to any of previous shop.
new email, new phone( currently use chrome on the mobile) , newly setup PayPal ( and bank account), new products.

Technically the account is not stealth as all the details are genuine( with permission) and have never used before.

I have downloaded the currently for sale listings csv file every time i uploaded the product ( last 3 listings). only one listing was created in a day.
today when i created 4th listing and then tried to download csv file, it took me to a page on etsy saying "uh oh! Sorry the page you were looking for was not found. Go back to Etsy.com"

please note that this is a message within etsy and all other links in shop manager are working fine.

then i tried searching my products, was able to see products fine ( in etsy search).

can anybody shed some light on the issue?

I am unable to help in your problem however can you help me?
I am from India too,

1) have you changed the ip to create a new account?
2) Does gst being same in different PayPal accounts pose a problem.

Hi, my problem is sorted, looks like glitch (as of now) in my etsy profile. download is now working fine.

both etsy accounts(and their respective paypals) work on different IPs. Also both paypals are for 2 different people so GST can't be same.

Also if you enter same gst for 2 different paypal account, its possible that paypal may limit both the accounts.

Hello, May I know how you pay the fees for etsy?

1) credit cards?
also can they see the name on the credit card?

You have to enter a name and billing details...so yes.

PayPal, gift cards, VCCs...

They can not see your name on the credit card unless its AVS from the US.

Even AVS in the USA wont reveal real name on credit card - unless the name is provided by cardholder. No company but the credit card issue and bank issuer has that info....ideally (unless hacked)

Etsy uses Adyen to process their payments. Adyen uses CVM, it also can detect chip cards even with CNP transactions and can match a cardholder name.

A lot of this depends on the card type and how the system processes it, but it is possible - particularly with American Express and MasterCard, that they will decline a card for a mismatch name.

1) We have Entropay in India, however I wanted to know when buying a card should we enter actual details or a stealth name. As when loading the card it verifies with the bank account we are filling the funds from.

Stealth name and address. That’s how I’ve done it, but my bank isn’t sensitive about mismatch deposits and withdrawal.
