Planning to start new etsy account
 

Hello!

I am from India, being an Asian country Etsy can be very hard on us, hence I would prefer going the VPN way!



I am planning to create a new PayPal ID with everything new

new ip
new pp
new email
new items

1) Also while the setup of the shop is being done would my VPN be switched on?

2) I wanted to know can we use the same PayPal ID which was earlier used on banned accounts.

3) All products are digital so there is nothing to ship. Please guide and advice. Thanks!

1. Always switch VPN on if you plan to use it in the future
2. Add new email to paypal is enough
3. You need new product pictures. Not sure if it's even possible to sell digital stuff on etsy.

Also you need new user on your computer.

And thank you for answering all my queries, one more question is that when I shall be paying the etsy fees should it be a new card which will be linked to my PayPal.
