Those type of cases are super easy to make with a sublimation printer. She could be very well buying in bulk from China, but given the phone case types and colors I'd bet she's actually making them. You can get blanks super, super cheap from China. I buy all mine from there, around 50 cents a case. Sometimes less depending on the model and how many purchased.

I don't dig all the obvious infringement, but some of the designs are very pleasant. I like the Christmas Mickey ones in particular.

She did a custom job for a friend. Not of anything with IP rights attached.
