Opening Etsy after being banned
 

Im looking to open a new vintage store on Etsy. I have been banned in the past for refusing a refund.
If I get a new e-mail, new bank, new name, new address and use tor (for new ip address) do we think anything will still flag up? I tried to open again shortly after and they closed that one within a day or so but I was using the same IP address.
Although using tor, I will have a new IP address every time, will this falg up too?

I am not an Etsy expert but I guess TOR is a big glowing red flag.
Why not using other methods for changing IP? Phone tethering, USB internet key...

Tor is not recommended as good to use. Far too risky.
