Suspended on Etsy
 

My etsy account has been suspended due to overlapping detail on my both account. I have been deactivated all the listing (not deleted) from my sub store and move it into my main account.

Today, I received and it said my account has been suspended.

How easy or difficulty to get back the account? I did message them back to clarify the issue.

There is a limited chance, given it was just duplicate listings. But most of the time when they just didn’t warn you you’re toast.

Hi @gladiator, thanks for your reply. I get suspended right now and quite disappointed because of duplicate listing. But I did proved them that I deactivated all my listing (not deleted because I planned to put aside to see if I can reuse into other listing) before I upload into another account.

It's that still able to save my account?

I did replied them but so far don't have any reply yet from them.

Honestly it’s just up to whoever reads your email. I’ve had minor success emailing them but if they didn’t issue you a warning for this and just closed your shops they are probably just done with you.

So they is no way to get back the account? the guys didnt even bother to reply me for a day already.

Nope. Etsy are sleaze bags when it comes to replying. They don’t even reply to legal notices in a normal manner, let alone small customers.

Thanks again for your reply. I got replied from them and quite disappointed. 1st email, he said that I am overlapping information and today I got the replied from him that misrepresenting items. They are giving me different reason and I am totally confused.

Is stealth account able to create China as country? and how stable it is? Sorry I am new to this.
