Hi, I am from Latvia and are trying to add PayPal account to my Etsy account. Do you know is it possible or only way to get my money is to my bank account no to my PayPal.

Latvia requires direct checkout.

As I can see other sellers from Latvia offers make payments with PayPal. My account offers only Visa cards.

Latvia is forced Etsy payments. Most are using Latvia for an address for stealth Russian accounts.

No, you cannot.

You can open other Latvia stores, but you have to do them a certain way. Russia requires its own set of specific things.

Not directly, no. There’s ways to work around it but you can’t do it on the main Latvia Etsy.

Don't expect much. You know 99% of Et/sy users are internet n00bs. Plus user has 1 post. Send em back to the et/sy forums with the others.

Hi, I have payoneer maestro debit card, payment processor on etsy was connected with this carts. But after first sell Etsy moderators remove me my debit card. Reason for this is that I select USA, but I m from Macedonia and my IP address is Macdonia.
What is your opinion can I open new etsy shop whit USA residential proxy and using same debit , or now is on black list?

Unless you have SSN details you aren't making a US etsy shop.
