E*tsy stealth for existing legit UK account
 

Hey guys,

First off, just wanted to say how grateful I am for stumbling across this forum. I recently received the banhammer from E*t*s*y (DMCA's...yaay!) I don't dispute it, but after 4 years, 5k+ sales and 100's of 5star reviews, I'd like to get back on and I'm planning on using the guide to help.

My question is relating to an already existing account - My friend was running an Etsy shop for the last year selling legit handmade product. She had to step back form it due to here full time work commitments but gave the store to me to run/own entirely (we worked on similar stuff before).

She gave me the store before my ban and I never logged into her store account but now I'm afraid to log-in in case my IP is flagged/linked to my old store. I have a VPN in place - would I be correct in thinking that I should be fine to log in with the VPN?

Also, the account still has her bank details attached so naturally I want to change them. I can't use my burned acc details so would I be best using a VCC for this?

Thanks in advance for anyone who's able to answer me and apologies if this has already been covered. I'm still sifting through the information! :lol:

If she's down with being responsible for your sales, have at it.

You'd need a new bank, new card, new ip, etc...

It's honestly easier to just make another shop.

The whole ownership of the store and venture has been handed over to me so yes she is :clap:

I have a new bank/new card/VPN etc but i'm just concerned that as soon as I add my bank details to the store that it'll get flagged.

I would also make another shop with a stealth acc but I'm the UK the 'upload ID' section is throwing me off. :tears: (I've read about people 'getting creative' and that doesn't seem right)
