Has anyone had success with Etsy?
i just feel like id list all my inventory and get 2 sales a day.

can anyone confirm its a viable business option?

Etsy is meant more for crafts and personal-made stuff - what kind of market are you selling in?

It really depends on what your selling

Some areas well sell better on Etsy than on eBay and vise versa. Its down to what your target audience is

i have a range of Unique Printed items and personalized items, so i may give it a go,

compared to paypal/amazon how strict is the finance side of things? i would assume less stringent on Etsy?

Etsy gets 1/20th the traffic of eBay, probably less than that.. as a result you'll have a tougher time getting sales.

Even though eBay is down, it's still much bigger. Amazon is ahead of everyone right now.

Depends on what you sell. I sell more on one ETY than all my EB combined.

Haven't done AZ yet.

have some questions will happy to get a reply
1, Opened et/s weeks ago, today made my first sale was very happy and after 2hours sign in account saw my account suspended.(wrote message, waiting reply)just want to confirm they can reopen it again or i have to open new one?
once from the user account on PC yesterday night i signed out .then signed in my old account (which ip was old) May it be reason for suspend?
2.I opened that tsy with VCC and new bank account .now asking can i open paypal with same details ?vcc and bank acct?
3.i changed modem but IP show same in IP burger what need to do with ATT Broadband 5268AC?

eBay is for cheap low price dropship from China stuff. Etsy is about creativity and craft supplies. I have been on both platforms for almost 6 yrs and I can tell you from my own real experience that Etsy customers don’t mind about the price and they are willing to pay for items that are overpriced as long as they want it. On the contrary, eBay customers are looking for a bargain and they will do whatever it takes to find the cheapest price for the item they want. Ask yourself, what kind of customers would you like to deal with and what do you sell?

That's a really good point. Now does Etsy also do things like clothes, fashion or is it not the platform for that?

Custom designed clothes, original designs, etc as long as you print in and make it they don't care. You can sell vintage of actual brands, but that's it.

nop walmart makes 3 times more sales then amazon so amazon is far from walmart

I sell more on Etsy than Ebay. If you do handmade craft better sell on Etsy
