A Quick Question

Hope you all are doing well, members!

I would like to know one thing. My country currently isn't available for accepting Paypal payments. It's available only for sending option. My question is, can I open an Et../sy shop via tethering and accept payments via Paypal? (I will accept payments with a receiving-eligible PP account)

If yes, I would keep open the "other method" options too.(for not to be suspicious)
