Does a DMCA Counter-Notice get strikes removed?

I have a guy that is copying my work and then reporting me. I feel like this is a flaw with Etsy. He keeps making false claims against me and eventually my account will be shut down. I have a registered Trademark but not sure how to show that to etsy. Does a DMCA Counter-Notice get strikes removed if the person doesn't respond in 10 to 14 days?

DMCA counter notices don’t work on Trademarks.
