IP question

If I am using a dedicated IP located in Las Vegas, do I have to put the address of my business when I create the Etsy account In Las Vegas? What about when packages aren't shipping from Las Vegas..

How would this work?

buyers usually dont give a damn about where packages are shipped from if they are happy with purchase.

They are asking in relation to not being detected by Etsy and kicked off again. Doesn't have anything to do with the potential buyers.

I answered as it related to eBay but deleted my post when I saw this was Etsy. They are a lot more strict about linking.
