Canada out how about Mexico

So I cannot set up an etsy shop in Canada that I withdraw with paypal. so how about Mexicao, how hard to get Mexican VPN? Does Mexico not accept Direct Checkout. Need help here guys.

Google: Etsy payments countries and you'll find if mx is on the list or not

Mexican VPN is available at 24vc if i am correct

No idea if Mexico accounts accomplish what you want, but Mexican IP's are easy to get.

Only China, NK, and Antarctica IP's are impossible to get.
