Problems with registering

I am trying to register a new account on Etsy but when I click the register box after filling out the following

Email address *
First name *
Password *

It does not proceed onwards, I have tried using Firefox, Chrome, and Brave browser, this is in a brand new VM with a unique IP from IPBurger, and a new email address.

Has anyone experienced this?

I've had this issue when using a VPN. Try tethering
