Etsy is pretty conservative,it starts out as a venue for homemade goods,then venture into antiques and vintage items.
YOu can always ask on Etsy forum or Etsy itself.

I would not attempt this, I had an account frozen for selling custom bags where we bought bags in bulk and just customized them with art.

They said the “bag” had to be custom also and that they were very strict about policy and legalities. Honestly, dont waste your time or the account.

yes,someone listed an item handmade by someone else,and call it handmade and Etsy removed it ,it must be handmade by someone whom you employed or yourself/
But there are tons of items from Aliexpress listed as homemade /antiques!!!!

I am actually looking for good options when it comes to CBD. I have been thinking about using CDB oil tincture actually. Topical CBD was never a good idea for me so I have been thinking of trying some other different types of CBD infused products. I have been using CBD because I have anxiety and depression and it does help. I've tried gummies, topical cremes and vape juices. I have been trying CBD tincture for a while now though. It has been one of the bet options for me and I felt calmer after a CBD Oil Tincture rather then any other things. I have been looking for new places to buy from because the dispensary next to my house doesn't really sell good tinctures. I usually order them online but it's kinda expensive so I feel like ebday might be the best place to look for it. SO what any advice?

There are some sellers who sell related stuff like incense burner,cigarette rolling paper ,you can ask them.
They may know where you can get some

While it can be a profitable niche. I personally tend to stay away from products that can be even slightly controversial. Especially in the food industry. Seems like a massive amount of risk and trouble to sell something when theres so many other niches and opportunities on Etsy.

I'd also like to mention to anyone else selling on Etsy. If you even sell something thats 0.0001% skirting the rules. AVOID ETSY FORUM AT ALL COSTS. People are nasty and will pick you apart. The Etsy forum is worse than Reddit. People will report you, they will nit pick every little thing you do and on top of that, you can't remove your posts on there either. I asked for help one time about the ability to change bank accounts and had multiple people call me out for some 'copyright infringing' products, and then one of my most popular products that has been fine for over 5 months randomly got taken down and I got my last warning. Just becareful as Etsy accounts are expensive to replace.

You don't get to choose what payment methods you accept on Etsy. Etsy handles all payments for you then pays you out to your Bank Account, the reason they do this is because all accounts are global accounts and payment methods vary greatly from country to country. Or I assume thats why they do it anyway.

I got a sale from Singapore when I'm in the United Kingdom. If it was me personally trying to receive payment from that customer it would be an absolute headache. This is where Etsy can come in handy.

I am not asking about Etsy or Ebay,I want to know if a retailer whether online or on land could accept credit card payments .
Marijuana may be legal in some states,but as far as the Fed goes,it is still illegal,which means you cant do business by opening a bank account which is member of the Fed Reserve, you have to find a bank which is registered with the state and there are not many around.
So I wonder if VISA,MC have the same limitation?
I know overseas pharmacy cannot accept credit card payments but they find a way to do so.like processing your cc payment via a bakery,clothing store
