Help either creating stealth account or Appeal

I was recently suspended from Etsy for reselling. (I thought I was doing everything correct but used stock photography and was banned)

I'm looking for help either writing an appeal or creating a second stealth account. I have access to all the requirements in for something like a new amazon.com or ebay account already up and running, but I get stumped at the SSN. What's the work around? (PM's are welcome!)
