Accepted stealth S0cial a while ago

First of all, hello everyone! Ok, my first post here. :yar:

I have been reading some post for a while now but cant see anyone in my position. I had a few Etsy stores over the last 5 years, they got shut down and after lots of fails, sometimes got some luck and got back again running.

Now Im in a particular situation with one of my 2 stores. Im not from the US but managed to create 2 years ago a stealth US shop. Then all the DC thing came up and last year I moved to the DC payment and stopped offering PP. Then, when I got over 200 sales with the "new system" and I received an email that I had to fill my complete S*N (not just the last 4). So I googled a generator, put the numbers and boom, all ok. Thing is, this was last year so this year I think the 1099K form will come up.

So the question is, if I do not pay the form or got invalid as the S*N is stealth... Wil E/SY know? Will they try to contact me to put a valid one and if I dont do it the shop will be suspended? Do someone were in my position ever?

Please keep in mind that (at least I think so) the social got already accepted. Also, is important to say that this was at least a year ago. Ive reading the forum and it seems that now its really more difficult than before to open a stealth account. Maybe this would not be "that" easy these days. Its been a while (fortunately) I dont get a shop down or even create a new one.

Regards,
Enco.

In my experience if you are still under the 20K mark you should be golden. I know they say 200 and/or 20K but in the past I've done well over 200 sales BUT under the 20k mark and never rec'd a 1099. Please keep in my mind these were in the past 4-5 tax years, so things may have changed. I would still feel confident that most org's are not sending out 1099's for someone that sold 200 $5 stickers for example.

If I was in your shoes (and have been) just keep your sales under the 20k mark to be on the safe side.

Just my 2 cents, take it with a grain of salt my friend and best of luck to you!
