I have already paid my bill, but why still remind me to pay, and suspend my shop?

Have you tried seeing if all your bank details are updated?

I changed my bank account once, but only changed the routing NO. and bank account NO.

Ask them, you probably got shut down for another reason but they just wanted you to pay your bill. It has happened to me before.

Did you contact Etsy? I paid behind schedule once, but it got back on almost instantly.

What Tron said is true, I'd ask them. I changed my banking details on accident once and they put a 5 day hold on my account so I couldn't receive money or pay my bill, but it was in the middle of the month so I was good.

99% of the time is another thing that got you suspended. Look for an email in the following days.

I asked them and didn't tell me the specific reason. I am very suspicious of the problem with the VCC.

you changed the routing number but not the account number.
is the original routing number inaccurate?
Etsy has email customer service,you can email them and they do respond say 1 day later?

I recently opened 2 US stores. All information are fresh. About half an hour after I applied for the store, my store and products can not be searched. I know it's failed, but I want to know what factors go wrong ?

i would definitely contact them, it could just be a simple oversight. My store was shut down about 6 months ago and last week I received a notice that I needed to pay my bill. When I called them to ask about it and tell them that I didn't owe any money they said it was a glitch in their email system.
