I am looking at setting up a new Etsy account.
For the address I can use any name and address?
Does it need to be in the area of my VPN IP?
As for debit card does this need to match the Postcode or not?
debit and bank account again I can use a stealth details?

Or for debit card should I use VCC which can be topped up? anyone suggestions who to approach for this?
