Christmas Concession Refund

Just got a message that Etsy refunded shipped, tracked item for $80 and they are paying it via Christmas Concession Refund and I would not be debited. What the heck is that.

Interesting. I cant find anything via a quick search but it sounds like the buyer may have did a chargeback and etsy refunded because it did not arrive in time.
