Lifting Etsy Suspension with Counter DMCA notice
 

Guys just wanted to know, is it possible to restore the suspended etsy shop by sending DMCA counter Notice? my shop got suspended cause the competitors filed many DMCA notices on me.
So after getting suspended, is it possible to send counter notice and if they succeed (i am sure they will cause those a-holes dont have any clear evidence) will etsy lift my suspension?

I tried numerous times over the years and they told me never to contact them again so I stopped after

So it doesnt work to lift the suspension...
But what about Strikes? Does successful DMCA Counter Notice lifts the Strikes on etsy account?

This is a pretty tough mountain to climb. If your account is as clean as a whistle, and what you are selling is legit, with proof to back it up, then yes. If not, then I would say start fresh in the meantime, while you pray for that one to reinstated.

yeah my stuff is 100% handmade and i do all myself with no dropshipping or anything else.
So does the successful counter Notice lifts the strikes? (i mean on active non-suspended account)

Well suspension I tired like 1x a year for the past 6 years. I dont know about lifts kn strikes as mine came in a flood from competitors. But... I got warnings to not do it again but I thought these warnings were not permanent suspension. I been temp suspended on etsy few times and didnt realize it was eventually gonna be like PayPal and ebay standards.

yeah i know about that as well, however wanted to know, does the etsy lifts your account strike (or warning) when you successfully make DMCA counter notice and succeed it?

guys i still didnt get it...
Etsy removed my listings for DMCA notice from some guy, I made a counter notice and restored all of them. Now i don't understand one thing:
Is my etsy strike for that DMCA notice was automatically lifted? or i have to contact etsy and ask them to do it?

Guys any info about this? i sucessfully DMCA counter Noticed a guy who removed my items. now i can list them again.
However i do not know, does this counter notice removed my etsy account strikes?
any ideas?
