e*sy suspension appeal?
 

My shop was suspended for too many cases being opened. I am eligible to appeal in a few days.. Has anyone had luck with appealing and getting their ship reopened?

As far as i remember, if your suspension reason is DMCA notices, "bad customer service", its nearly impossible.
However i can be wrong. Me myself looking for answers in this situation, so i think there will be at least someone who have positive experience in appealing etsy ban

You are appealing because you thought there decision was wrong? items you have sold on ebay has created a bad buying experience which leads to buyers buying elswhere and possibly never come back to ebay, If you do that to ebay's customers then they ain't going to want you selling on there platform

He obviously have no idea how this thing works and how its easy to get suspended for basically no reason... Bbesides he also didnt get your question at all. you asked about etsy, he wrote some stuff about ebay which is completely not connected to your question, and even this forum section.

why was your shop suspended? too many cases being opened because of what? item not received? or something else?

yeah - non-delivery. they were always delivered - but not by the dates people wanted them by.

always put high delivery dates than normal. that way people will get their stuff "faster" than was "promised" and will partially remove the non delivery problems)

This was the issue - you ignore Etsys estimated dates and do your own shipping dates, that way buyers cant get annoyed if delivery is not until your estimated shipping date. I put custom shipping of 28 days from UK to US and have had no shipping issues so far.

Yes I had my shop appeal approved. You need to follow these steps in writing an appeal- they don’t care if you’re supporting a family of 10 and all of that personal bs. You have to own up to what you did if you do have a good explication give it- I got into a bad car accident with 120 open orders. Outline the ways you’ll be better in the future. Give examples of what you’re going to do. Cap your listings, work full time etc. if you had less then 3.5 stars you won’t be able to appeal.

do you notice on your listing,Etsy WILL SAY -THIS SHOP usually responds in ?? same or next day
