How do you open a Mexican Paypal? Do you link it to a Mexican checking account? How do I even get a Mexican checking account?

Im really close to the mexican border right now. I have considered looking into it. We have a USA bank that is really a Mexican Bank Operating in the USA. I may have to stop in the Walmart branch and ask about it.

Glad you mentioned that. I have an ex girlfriend that is a manager at one of those banks. I should stay on her good side, just in case!

you have to state you are in Mexico to open a MEXICO paypal account,
you need to read paypal about MEXICO ,fees are different.

as an American expatriate,you can link your US bank account to your MExican Paypal account

No,I live in USA,but many expatriates outside US do so,it is a courtesy Paypal extends to expatriates in countries where Paypal conduct business.

if you are not in Mexico and you open a Paypal account claiming you are in Mexico,assuming you have a Mexican address and link a US bank account,there could be problems.
I know many overseas buyers on EBAY use US freight forwarder address as their shipping address,but recently I have a UK buyer who cannot add a US shipping address,Ebay would not allow it.
If you sell,would you be able to add a US return address for buyer to return their items?
