Etsy and bans and two stores question
 

I have a store on Etsy that does really well but we have received 4 copyright strikes and now warned that one more will result in a ban. I have now put this store on vacation mode.

I have another store on etsy. If I decide not to use the other store and then receive a copyright on this one- will they link the two stores and will it count as the final strike, or will it be a fresh first strike?

So basically:

1 store with 4 copyright strikes
1 store with no strikes

if I kill the first store with 4 strikes, will the 2nd store be affected it if receives a copyright strike?

Hello, sorry to hear that, but i was just curious, are your stores listed as digital or ?

why dont you wean yourself from copy rights violation.

open stealth and go on. then after a year or so you can use your old store again and stick with it. and so on so on so on)

Sure, I could do that but since these are mostly false dcma's I don't see a need to.

So the other store that has 300 sales and 20 5-stars just not put anything on there that relates to the other store?

well actually if one of your stores has last warning on it, it will apply to your other store as well IF your other store is not stealth.

So basically making one single violation on your other store will suspend both of your stores.

So to be safe just open stealth store and go on there. then after a year or so, you can come back to your legit store.

To open a stealth store browse the forums and read how to do that) I cannot give you any good advices on how to (only basics) cause i live in another country and its slightly different here )

hm OP, yesterday i've got instantly suspended, without any warning.. The sad think is that i have a lot of assets in my current balance and in the e-mail sent to me they're talking for 180 days..
