E*sy suspension from years ago, can I open new account?

Ok, long story short I had a shop years ago. I made an excellent income with it. It got crazy busy, then health stuff popped up for me and It was a downward spiral of unpaid fees and then multiple refunds. I got suspended, I owed e*sy a good chunk of money. It wound up going to collections.
Anyway, is it possible to open a new account or shold I just steer clear? That was probably 3.5-4 years ago?

Anyway, what would you do or suggest I do?

You can always call them and ask about your account standing. Are you still able to buy from other sellers with that account?
