So, I did get new everything, right. and created a new etsy store from a different country, and here's what it says in the last step. How to pass that?

To complete your registration, we’ll need you to provide some additional information to confirm your identity. This step helps us protect both you and the overall safety of the marketplace.

Please upload a copy of your official ID. You can scan it or take a photo with your phone or computer’s webcam. This can be a driver’s license, a government-issued photo ID or a valid passport.

Please note:

The copy must contain your name, date of birth and expiration date. if any of this information is on the back of your ID, you may need to upload a copy of the back and front of your document.

If the document is not valid, expired and/or not legible, we may request you to provide another copy.

The information on the document must correspond with the information provided on your Shop Payment Account.

If you wish to use a mononym, please note your documentation must verify you have only one legal name.

if its not secret, which other country you are trying to register from?

Basically all countries ask the same thing, but I was thinking with either Singapore or Hong Kong. I'm trying to avoid EU countries.

not enough is known of Etsy to create stealth account,some said open one from Mexico?

Mexico is not in the country options. Only, US, EU countries, Hong Kong, and Singapore are shown in the options.
