Using same IP (mobile data)

I have a theory that Et.sy (as well as other platforms I think) do not blacklist mobile IPs. I am pretty sure I used same IP address to log in to my different ET.SY accounts and nothing happened. I know that Instagram does not not keep track of mobile IP addresses and I think ET.SY is the same. Did anyone try this? It makes sense, because think about it, how many people use mobile phones to access ET.SY accs and they share same IP addresses but nothing happens.

I think etsy do not blacklist any ip rather they blacklist the account details
However multiple banned accounts on the same ip will raise a flag

usually mobile operator ip's or public wifi ip's never get suspended cause there can be both legit or non legit users online (as they use dynamic ip's)
For example: some legit account using mobile data to access his shop. after that non legit one using it as well. they won't flag legit account for that cause this situation may happen (And happens all the time)

HOWEVER, avoid connecting two accounts on same IP (especially at the same time) that will if not suspend then definitely flag your account for manual checking where you're pretty much f***d

Is there a simple way to tell if an ip address is mobile or not? Like could a computer scan and detect which IP addresses are mobile or is a person looking at each IP to determine if it is mobile or not before banning?

The IP address will be registered to a service provider which you can find when you lookup that IP. So yes you can tell but its not a reason to ban, why shouldn't someone use an internet dongle to browse?
