Help with suspension and third party appeal services
 

Hi guys,

I recently got my E/tsy store suspended due to third DMCA and eventually found out about stealth and this forum.

I want to check if anyone has successfully regain their store after doing a DMCA counter notice for a suspended account?

I also found a company based in the UK, T/hompson and H/olt after some Google search. They claim to help Amazon and Etsy seller appeal. I emailed them and asked them a couple of questions but they stopped replying and sounded very unprofessional. Are they legit?

most so called "professionals" are just people who takes money and you ended up wasting $$ from what I have seen.

Just post in this forum and we'll help you with advice on how to get back on.

Your suspended account though, I kinda doubt you'll ever get it back.

@SaiJin, Thank you for your quick reply.

I also think that it is unlikely E/tsy will ever unsuspend my account. I am more convinced now that I have been reading up many past account of suspended Etsy sellers. The chances is very slim. I always thought I had some immunity because I was spending a lot with them on ads.

E/tsy support stopped responding to my email after my suspension.

The company mentioned above charges USD500 for drafting an appeal letter with no guarantee. I've probably save that money and set up my stealth account.

Wouldn't waste my time or money on an appeal service.

The system that Etsy has for DMCA claims is obviously flawed and corrupt. Nothing you can do other than spread sales across as many stores as possible.
