Flawless Etsy Account from EU
 

My first shop has suspended because of IP infringements. To be honest, in the beginning I didn't know anything about this. Later, I removed every TM part from my items, but it was not enough. Now, I would like to create a new one.

My three problems are:

1. I read, that a new bank account number with the same old name won't be a problem. But there are not so many etsy users in my country and my name is not too common. Would it be a problem?
   
2. I don't want to involve any friend or relatives to this project. Instead of borrow an ID from somebody, I "created" a new id with my new name. What do you think?
   
3. My new credit card is also under my old name. Can I use my new name for credit card holder's name when etsy will ask for it?

1. You should not be re-using your name.
2. That's kind of what stealth is about...
3. Etsy cannot see the name of the credit card unless you give it to them...only the address match is likely important.

Thank you for your reply! Should I register a new bank account with a new name? I have to use a hungarian bank account and it is impossible to register with different name. On the other hand I know there are some Virtual Bank providers online, but the IBAN is not hungarian. For me a hungarian IBAN is a must.

Basically speaking ,if I not use my old name in etsy, nowhere. Is there a chance, that etsy guess my real information from 3rd party providers like the bank, goverment, tax office?
